EP10 From Fixing to Scaling: Marketing Masterclass by ambty

A two-hour session for small-business owners: a short masterclass to work out where your business is stuck, a partner panel on marketing, operations and finance, then networking.

When growth stalls, the instinct is to push harder on everything at once: more posts, more ads, longer hours. If one part of the business is holding the rest back, that mostly adds work.

In an ambty survey of 152 business owners through the E3 Hubs community, 76% said getting more customers was a challenge, 62% said they handle things alone through trial and error, and 38% said money was a challenge.

So in this session you look at one normal month in your own business, find the part that is holding you back, and hear from people who work in each of those three areas.

Before you come

Pick one normal month this year, not your best and not your worst. Have rough numbers for three things: how many customers you won, how many your business could have handled, and how much money was left after all your costs. Rough estimates are enough; you won't need anything confidential.
