Event Description

WOMEN WHO BUILD

Leadership, Growth & the Future of Business

Real Women. Real Businesses. Real Journeys.

Behind every successful woman in business is a story that rarely gets told.

The difficult beginnings.
The risks.
The mistakes.
The moments of doubt.
The people who opened doors.
And the decisions that changed everything.

This November, E3 Entrepreneur Open Day brings together four powerful women from four different business journeys for an afternoon of honest conversations about building, growing and leading.

And we are keeping their identities under wraps for now.

4 Women. 4 Perspectives.

The Founder
She built something from the ground up.

She will share what starting really looked like, how she found her first opportunities and what kept her moving when things were difficult.

The Growth Leader
She took a business beyond its early stage.

Expect lessons on growth, people, systems, sales and what changes when your business starts becoming bigger than you.

The Innovator
She is building for where business is going next.

Technology. Digitalisation. New business models. New opportunities.

What should entrepreneurs be preparing for now?

The Connector & Leader
She understands that business growth is not built alone.

She will share how relationships, partnerships, leadership and community can create opportunities that money cannot always buy.

Who are they?

We will be revealing them one by one.

Speaker announcements coming soon.

But this event is not about titles.

It is about the journeys behind them.

After the individual sharing sessions, all four women will come together for a candid panel discussion:

What It Really Takes to Build & Lead a Business

We will talk about the things entrepreneurs actually want to know.

What nearly made them quit?

What mistakes cost them?

How did they learn to sell?

How did they build confidence?

Who helped them along the way?

What would they do differently if they had to start again?

And what opportunities do they see for women entrepreneurs moving into 2027?

The afternoon ends with open networking, giving you the opportunity to meet the speakers and connect with other entrepreneurs in the room.
